To design and fabricate a shade structure for Team New Zealand's Valencia America's Cup Base.

The double-coned shade fabric is supported by two central poles and tensioned to perimeter fixing points. The shade structure is located on the observation deck atop Team New Zealand's base.

The shade structure provides essential shade to the observation deck as well as aesthetically enhancing the design of the Team NZ Base.
