Comments: The classical 18m by 14m function room was designed on a concrete slab base with a steel framed structure. The roof and majority of walls were clad in Ferrari 702, while the front façade of the building was timber framed and clad in Alupanel between 4 sets of bi-fold doors.
A profile head flashing at the top of the walls was designed to match the detailing of the neighbouring Kelliher Homestead. 
To conceal the steel framework on the interior Lyra panels were fixed to the interior walls and ceilings. 
Opening aluminium joinery windows were installed around the perimeter of the building to provide natural lighting and ventilation. The interior is also air-conditioned.
